How long does a cigar last without a humidor If left in the wrapper?
Can you answer dchase's question about humidors?:
…Also what would you recocommend if I don't plan on smoking some for a few months: taking the cigars out of their wrappers and into a humidor; with the wrapper in the humidor; or just leave in the wrapper?

2 days at dry place
HI,,, they get dry in or out of the wrapper…..dont wait too long…
good luck
Always leave the cigars in their wrappers when in the humidor, unless you plan on using the same humidor for the same exact cigars forever. Otherwise the individual characteristics will mesh together. They will keep just as fresh in the wrapper as without. If you can't put it in a humidor for a period of time, they will probably only stay fresh for a few days. Also, always use distilled water in your humidor. It won't impart any unwanted tastes into the cigar.
Always remove cigars from wrappers prior to humidor storage. Don't listen to these other comments. Noobs…. I have smoked with the Jimster. Nuff said….
Do not put cigars in a humidor with the wrapper intact.. That kind of thinking will get you slapped out of your seat and removed from Jimster's deck.
