Separating cigars inside your humidor?
Can you answer waldorf's question about humidors?:
I have a small humidor that holds about 75-100 cigars (depending on size of cigars). I have a variety of cigars so I try to keep them separated from each other. However, the humidor is built with three shelves, each with one divider that can fit vertically, but not horizontally, which gives me only six sections. I have enough room for all my cigars, but not enough dividers.
What is the best material to use to keep the cigars apart from each other?

You can purchase thin strips of cedar wood at your local Home Depot. This would be the best material as it is what the humidor is made from to begin with.
Craig's suggestion is a good one. be careful what kind of cedar you buy though (you probably already know this). You need Spanish cedar and I don't think Home Depot carries it.
I sometimes use the cedar that comes in some cigar boxes. Also very thin pieces are used to warp cigars sometimes.
When I have just one or two left I put them in with other cigars and haven't noticed a problem. But I always keep my Cubans separate.
